IB isn’t even worth the diploma for how much extra work they expect you to put in. It’s completely fucked over my transcript because I can barely pass my classes right now. Considering the career I’m planning on going into doesn’t even require any college degrees, this just feels like a massive waste of time. School isn’t even teaching me anything relevant to what I want to do, and it’s cutting deeply into my free time, which is almost entirely used for self-study.
My parents won’t let me transfer to the normal high school and let me get straight A’s because my mom is dead-set on paying $800 so I can do tests for a diploma which is largely useless in the US.
The workload is fucking killing me, I can’t do it any more. I just want to be done so I can work 8 hours every day until I die.
